Mereco Technologies Group Companies, comprised of the Metachem
Resins Corporation (MERECO) Division and DMS, is headquartered in
West Warwick, RI., USA. Founded in 1960, Metachem Resins Corporation
and the Mereco Technologies Group has become recognized globally as
a highly specialized manufacturer of formulated epoxy, urethane,
silicone, UV curable systems and materials for solar cell
manufacturing, electronics, aerospace, defense, and other
industries. A privately held C corporation, Metachem Resins
Corporation (MERECO) and Mereco Technologies Group has higher than
average expectations. We continue to expand our channels in areas of
the world where growth is higher than in the United States, while we

The DMS unit has been transitioned and re-engineered into a
highly specialized custom packager of resin systems for Metachem
Resins Corporation (MERECO). DMS has been able to leverage its
proprietary technologies in the area of frozen and dual syringe
resin packaging. Due to this competitive advantage, the business
provided dramatic growth and we are anticipating continued fast
growth for the division in the coming years.
