With over 10 years of experience supplying proprietary customers worldwide, Mereco chemists, materials scientists, and engineers, combine extensive experience in metal powder, binder, glass frit, and solvent technology to provide state of the art aluminum paste products for the manufacture of solar cells.

Conducting extensive evaluations of the proper formulations of powder, glass, binder, and solvent, Mereco scientists can tailor the paste to your specific processing and firing conditions. Pastes can be formulated for either screen printing or tampon printing operations.

Mereco’s new low bow formulations are designed around proprietary powder and lead-free and cadmium-free glass frit technology and can result in excellent bow results on all size and thicknesses of wafers.
